We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team in Pune, India. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Humancloud, you'll work closely with our HR team to support various recruitment activities, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the recruitment process and help you develop essential skills for a career in human resources.
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Support employer branding initiatives and social media recruitment
Essential Requirements
- Currently pursuing HR, Business, or related degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR field
Preferred Skills
- Previous internship or work experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Basic knowledge of HR software and tools
- Multilingual abilities (English + regional language)
- Interest in technology and AI industry
